Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes top-selling team performance, Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, with BOPIS/OMNI duties based on store needs.

The ideal candidate has retail or farming-related experience, at least 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with basic computer skills and strong interpersonal

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred and minimum age 18 with valid license.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members for selling and service standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and weekly Clothing Department recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, ensure safety, and comply with policies.
