Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, with additional responsibilities for BOPIS/OMNI execution as needed.

Ideal candidates have retail or farming knowledge, supervisory experience, and are at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce selling behaviours through coaching and accountability.
Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery and BOPIS/OMNI support as assigned.
Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with task delegation and follow-up.
Support Store recovery and front-end, sales-floor, and customer engagement routines.
