Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and ensure top‑tier sales floor presentation. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, plus BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Ideal candidates bring retail or farming-related experience and some supervisory background. You will work varied hours and lead a team to deliver Legendary Service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors and standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and front-end operations.
• Report to Store Manager or Sales Manager depending on store size.
