CNRG, Inc. seeks a Team Leader to oversee all store activities in the absence of salaried management. This role requires leadership, strong customer service, and proficiency in merchandising, inventory control, and safety.

You will train new staff and ensure adherence to company policies while driving store performance. The position supports weekend/evening/holiday hours. Applicants should be capable of interpreting data for merchandising decisions and maintaining high team morale.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and problem solving skills.
• Able to manage with limited supervision and communicate effectively with customers, vendors and associates.
• Develop management and organizational skills and interpret data for merchandise and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide aggressive customer service to exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise other associates as assigned.
• Coordinate merchandise orders to match sales trends and demand.
• Complete cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Train new associates in product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Maintain store appearance and stock areas; create merchandise displays.
• Ensure safety by identifying and correcting hazards.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
