CNRG, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Team Leader to oversee store operations in the absence of salaried management. You will model the Mission and Values, drive aggressive customer service, supervise associates, and coordinate merchandising to meet budgeted goals.

As a Team Leader you will stay informed on programs, enforce safety standards, train staff, and ensure the sales floor and stock areas are well presented. Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities
