Job summary

CNRG, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to manage store activities in the absence of salaried management.

The role requires exemplifying our Mission and Values and delivering aggressive customer service while leading associates and ensuring smooth total store operations. You will develop expertise in culture, merchandising, shrink control, and daily operations, stay informed about local market dynamics, and train new team members in product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication
• Ability to understand and interpret data for merchandising and operations
• Willingness to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead store activities in the absence of salaried management
• Ensure aggressive customer service and exceed customer expectations
• Supervise other associates as assigned
• Maintain enthusiasm and motivate the team
• Coordinate merchandise orders to match sales trends
• Complete cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Train new associates in product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
• Maintain store layout and stock areas; create appealing displays
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness; address hazards
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
