Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is seeking a Team Leader to supervise store operations in the absence of management and to model the company culture. The role focuses on aggressive customer service, merchandising, and leadership of associates to meet budgeted goals.

Successful candidates will supervise staff, train new hires, coordinate merchandising, and maintain store safety and appearance, while working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to guide store associates.
• Excellent oral and written communication to inform and motivate staff.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to supervise and train new team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and reinforce CNRG’s Mission and Values in daily operations.
• Deliver aggressive customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise other associates as assigned and maintain store enthusiasm.
• Coordinate merchandise orders and inventory to align with sales trends.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain store presentation and stock areas, including displays.
• Train incoming associates in product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ensure store safety and address hazards promptly.
