The Team Leader develops expertise in merchandising, shrink control, and overall operations while staying aware of local market dynamics. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training new team members, maintaining displays, and ensuring safety and compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store associates in the absence of salaried management.
• Ensure aggressive customer service is delivered across store operations.
• Coordinate merchandise orders to meet sales trends and customer demand.
• Complete cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain store appearance and stock areas, including stock rotation and displays.
• Train new associates on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Identify and correct safety hazards and maintain safe store operations.
