Job summary

CNRG, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to oversee store activities in the absence of salaried management, modeling the company culture and delivering aggressive customer service. The role requires leadership, training, merchandising, and effective communication with staff and customers.

You will manage inventories, coordinate merchandise orders, and maintain floor appearance while ensuring safety and adherence to operational guidelines. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate leadership and problem solving in store operations.
• Effective oral and written communication with customers, vendors and associates.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs., handle large items, and work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Must be certified in store areas including forklifts, DOT, gate, receiving and service desk.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and uphold CNRG’s Mission and Values in daily operations.
• Supervise associates and coordinate merchandise orders to meet sales trends.
• Maintain store appearance, stock areas, and displays to improve shopping experience.
• Complete cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Provide customer solutions and training to new team members.
• Ensure safety hazards are identified and addressed promptly.
