Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations with a focus on sales, service, and team development. You will act as manager on duty, coach staff, and uphold policy and brand standards while ensuring a welcoming, fast-paced environment for customers.

You will oversee training, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and merchandising, driving KPI targets and store performance, with a commitment to a safe, inclusive workplace and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and clear communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow up.
• Deliver KPI targets and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and audits.
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising to optimize space and productivity.
