Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage staffing, training, and execution of merchandising standards while ensuring a positive team environment and adherence to company policies.

You will report to the Store Manager and support in achieving KPIs, handling customer escalations, and maintaining store appearance and inventory accuracy.

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates and monitor progress toward goals.
• Administer discipline processes when the Store Manager is absent.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and uphold brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store to cover peak periods and events.
• Support recruiting and training of store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and secure inventory and funds.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
