Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, ensure policy compliance, and oversee store performance with a focus on engaging the team and maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.

The role emphasizes training, shift leadership, and collaboration with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and provide an exceptional fan experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs and regular follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to Policies & Procedures Manual and company guidelines; maintain store standards.
• Open and close the store following Operations procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
