Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining store standards.

As a key leader, you will oversee scheduling, training, and compliance with company policies, fostering a collaborative team culture and delivering a seamless shopping experience for customers across our store network.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates using LIDS training programs and set sales goals.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Create a fun, productive environment and align team work with company objectives.
• Schedule and staff the store, calling in associates for peak periods.
• Open and close the store following Operations procedures.
