Job summary

• Allocate daily tasks and support schedules so colleagues are productive and engaged.
• Oversee key customer areas and ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient shopping experience.
• Support opening, closing, and store duty management when needed.
• Review customer feedback and escalate issues professionally as needed.
• Coach and develop colleagues through effective communication and onboarding.
