Job summary

You will collaborate with management to support daily store operations, maintain high standards, and foster a fast, friendly shopping environment.

You will coach and guide teammates, manage schedules, and ensure store readiness, pricing accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Associates to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and direction to ensure store standards, stock levels, and merchandising are maintained.
• Coordinate schedules and tasks to keep the team productive and focused on priorities.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing and duty management as needed.
• Assist with customer service issues, feedback review, and escalation where appropriate.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, markdowns, stockroom organization, and safety checks.
