Job summary

You will coach, motivate, and develop staff, ensure stock and merchandising are optimal, and run tasks to keep the store fast, friendly, and well-presented.

• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales and ensure availability.
• Manage opening/closing duties and daily schedules as needed.
• Address customer issues professionally and escalate when appropriate.
