Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a first-line operations supervisor in Lebanon, Oregon to train and lead team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring quality food, and executing 20/20 guest expectations.

The role requires 6 months of internal JIB experience with certification or 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail. Strong English communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills are important.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Team Leader training classes; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively; may require another language based on location.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups; basic math; strong organization and planning skills.
