Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager in a customer service environment; 3 years asst. manager with P&L is a plus.
• Must be 18+; fluent English; ServSafe certification; strong interpersonal, math, organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; manage staffing and training.
• External Service: ensure guests receive an exceptional experience; uphold food safety and brand standards.
• Higher Profits: analyze operational and financial performance; implement action plans to increase sales and profitability.
