Job summary

Cosmo Prof in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, hire, train, and develop the team while ensuring exceptional client experiences and adherence to brand standards.

You will support the Store Manager, oversee daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and omni-channel initiatives to drive sales and KPIs, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year of prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: maintain brand standards, supervise store associates, and drive sales KPIs.
• 30% People: train, develop and engage teams; recruit when needed; coach and counsel.
• 30% Operations: ensure processes are followed and Omni-channel strategies are utilized.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: protect assets and follow safety protocols.
