Job summary

Cosmo Prof Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager in a retail setting in the United States. You will support the Store Manager by hiring, training, and leading store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve KPIs.

You will manage brand standards, omni-channel initiatives, store operations, and scheduling, while reinforcing safety and loss prevention practices across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: Ensure brand standards, merchandising, and customer experience are optimal.
• 30% People: Recruit, train and develop associates; coach and communicate effectively.
• 30% Operations: Execute processes, including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store inventory, payroll hours, and opening/closing procedures management.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain safe environment and protect assets.
