Cosmoprof is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, drive customer experience, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, while ensuring profitable store operations through KPI tracking and strategic planning. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Strong communication with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and guides associates to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximizing sales and KPIs, with omni-channel focus.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach and address performance, maintain positive associate relations.
• Operations: ensure execution of processes, utilize digital strategies, support omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• Inventory and payroll: manage inventory, payroll hours, scheduling, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe environment, protect assets, enforce policies, and ensure hazmat training compliance.
