Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience expected.
• Experience with staffing and scheduling processes.
• Ability to analyze performance data to drive decisions.
• Proven track record in customer service and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise day-to-day store operations across departments.
• Coach and mentor team members; lead by example in service quality.
• Oversee staffing, selection and onboarding to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career development and succession planning.
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance improvement where needed.
• Own P&L responsibilities and drive sales while controlling shrink.
• Ensure consistent, friendly customer service and training compliance.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized store environment.
