Meijer Inc. is seeking a store operations leader to plan, direct, and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations across departments. You will mentor and coach staff, implement strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales while maintaining company standards.

The role focuses on staffing, hiring, development, and ensuring a positive and safe shopping environment. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas; customer service and product flow experience helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with team members with clear direction.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address root cause issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information for decisions.
