Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas (meat, bakery, produce, deli).
• Ability to communicate clearly to team members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and address root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to inform decisions.
• Experience leading organizations with a safety-first mindset.
• Mentoring team members across hourly positions and leaders.
