Job summary

Majors Management seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, train a team, and drive a superior guest experience while hitting sales goals. This onsite role requires leadership, strong communication, and a people-first mindset.

You will foster a culture focused on the guest, model high energy and execution, manage schedules, and contribute to forecasting, payroll, and expense control. Retail background and 1+ year in a similar setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience in a similar environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
