• Maintain professionalism and positive store morale.
• Support execution and performance of store duties through staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on results.
• Identify customer needs by engaging actual and potential customers.
• Support local community groups consistent with company values.
• Solicit signups for loyalty programs, warranties, financing, and promotions.
• Protect inventory and assets per policy against theft and damage.
• Ensure merchandise is received, stored, and merchandised per procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and comply with legal requirements.
• Aid marketing strategy changes by reviewing sales and financial data.
• Help maintain consistent operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store manager or company official.
