The position requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to daily operations, engage customers through loyalty programs and promotions, and support safety

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Executes daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greet customers as they enter/exit the store and interact in a pleasant and positive manner.
• Process customer orders and operate the POS system.
• Assist in setting promotional signage, price changes, and in-store signage as directed by store management.
• Assist in freight, recovery and out of stock processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the sales floor, back office, and restrooms.
• Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
