Job summary

The Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana Store Team Leader assists the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, and staff to meet store goals and uphold company policies. You will coach hourly employees, manage daily tasks, and help drive revenue and donations in a values-driven environment.

Responsibilities include staff development, daily operations, and monitoring financial metrics, while representing Goodwill's mission in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Degree and credential requirements: none; demonstration of capability is valued.
• Supervisory experience in service-related industries is preferred.
• Coaching and feedback skills to support team development.
• Strong communication across oral, written, and digital channels.
• Customer focus and ability to deliver excellent service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Store Team Leader coordinates staff development and recruitment activities as needed.
