Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention is expected.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and team guidance.
• Drive customer experience through coaching and collaboration with staff.
• Assist in merchandising and visual displays to align with brand strategy.
• Oversee replenishment, inventory accuracy and store administration.
• Support in hiring processes and staff development initiatives.
