Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and drive customer engagement at a high level.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and service goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and tasks.
• Assist stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Contribute to training, onboarding, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support loss prevention practices.
• Participate in community initiatives and uphold safety standards.
