Timberland is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will coach associates, model strong customer engagement, and help ensure exceptional service and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise daily store operations, support stockroom and merchandising, and promote a positive, inclusive team culture while upholding company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Comfortable using standard office software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and coaching toward goals.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, and daily store operations.
