Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Guide the store team to meet sales goals and monitor KPI progress.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver outstanding customer engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
