Job summary

The North Face, part of VF Corporation, is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coaching associates to deliver outstanding customer service, manage merchandising and store standards, and help maximize store profitability.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail leadership experience and a High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the store's leadership team and drive in-store customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide feedback.
