• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales results.

• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff to exceed productivity goals.
• Engage customers in conversation around products and local events.
• Supervise floor coverage, opening/closing the store as scheduled.
• Provide training on customer engagement and company programs.
• Support Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and brand directives.
