Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver an abets-in-class customer experience.
• Support the store leadership team with daily operations and store standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive achievement of sales goals.
• Oversee merchandising, stockroom processes, and inventory control.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.
