Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets and signage requirements.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Help develop 30–60–90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
• Build and lead a strong team, hire and onboard teammates, and ensure training and performance management.
