Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand their needs and help with shopping decisions.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, floor sets, signage and price changes.
• Promote programs (loyalty, warranty, private label enrollment) and follow safety and loss-prevention policies.
• Support the team with store operations and customer service tasks as needed.
