Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Store Team Leader to assist the Store Leader and management team in achieving annual goals at our Indianapolis location. You will guide staff, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold Goodwill’s Mission and Values in daily operations.

You will also handle coaching, staff development, scheduling, and basic financial tracking to support store performance and compliance. A hands-on leader with strong communication and ethics will thrive here.

Qualifications

• No degree or credential required; emphasis on capability and experience.
• Experience supervising staff in a service-related environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills for in-person, written, and digital interactions.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to service quality and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader and management team to meet annual operating goals.
• Coach and develop hourly associates and participate in recruitment as needed.
• Oversee daily operations, communicate Mission, Vision, and Values to customers and staff.
• Monitor resources and financial performance, track daily sales and goals.
