Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to meet standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and clothing recovery execution and replenishment.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI tasks including picking, staging, and customer handoffs.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and ensure safe work practices.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
