Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader in Tupelo, MS to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members and own key sales-floor areas like Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI initiatives.

The role emphasizes taking ownership, leading shifts, and maintaining safe, productive operations to serve neighbors and teams daily.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide Legendary Service and coach Team Members daily.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including staging and handoffs.
• Operate cash register and related equipment as needed.
• Maintain attendance, flexibility, and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
