Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members on the sales floor. The role focuses on ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates will have retail or related experience, a high school diploma, and strong teamwork skills. This is a full-time position located in Wichita, KS with varied hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; 18+ with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible shifts.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safety.
