Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery while supporting BOPIS/OMNI operations based on store needs.

We value a high-energy, customer-focused leader who can manage shifts, train Team Members, and uphold safety and operational standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to maintain service standards.
• Own and maintain Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with task delegation and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, and customer handoff.
• Assist with front-end, sales-floor recovery, and customer engagement routines.
• Comply with safety policies and operate store equipment as needed.
