Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to meet performance standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and drive store recovery under supervision.
