Qualifications

• Retail experience or related knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Team Members and manage assigned sales-floor areas.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap and clothing recovery processes.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and front-end routines.
• Lead team during shifts and delegate tasks to ensure safe operations.
