Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas. This role emphasizes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, with flexibility to support BOPIS/OMNI operations as needed.

You will lead and develop Team Members during shifts, ensuring safe, efficient operations and outstanding customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff.
• Promote Legendary Service and coach team members to high selling performance.
