Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership by coaching Team Members, maintaining Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, as well as supporting BOPIS/OMNI operations. This role emphasizes Legendary Service and frontline leadership across shifts in a busy retail environment.

You will be responsible for driving in-store presentation, staff development, and adherence to safety and operating standards while ensuring excellent customer experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leadership behaviors through coaching and customer engagement.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, recovery, and signing.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with delegation and follow-up.
• Support front-end, sales-floor recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI execution as assigned.
• Operate cash registers and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
