Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. This role focuses on coaching Team Members, managing Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI initiatives and overall store presentation.

You will lead shifts, train Team Members, and ensure adherence to safety and operating standards. A background in retail and customer service is preferred, with willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write and count.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviours.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Lead assigned team members and ensure safe work practices.
