Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own assigned presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, End caps, and clothing recovery.

The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service, leading shifts, and coordinating BOPIS/OMNI tasks; you will report to Store Manager and help maintain safety and standards across the sales floor and back room.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members for selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and ensure safety and standards.
