Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own sales-floor presentation areas. This role emphasizes top selling performance and ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, with BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, coaching staff, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring consistent operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading behaviors through Customer engagement and coaching.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as directed by Store/ Sales Manager.
