Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Team Leader in Kentucky to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own visual shelves like Power Panels, Clipstrips and Endcaps and drive clothing recovery and omni support as needed.

You will lead shifts, train Team Members, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards while maintaining strong customer engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting accurately is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Operate cash register, computer, forklift and related equipment.
